if i know Sony and MS are willing to work together to get these games ported over? then there is a good chance. However if they don't? it isn't likely to ever be the case.
carmageddon is already on steam, so if this twisted metal is the same type of game, it wouldn't really make much sense porting over unless twisted metal has more than carmageddon?
