How to pick up chicks?
They are small, yellow, fuzzy and run around everywhere. I don't want to hurt them so i can't grab too hard. I just want to get them back inside before nightfall.

In my exprience they love seeds, some also like flowers and various vegetables. They usually are very playful and if you stroke them gently, they might gently vibrate. But remember to keep them warm. They don't like the cold. You should never leave them out after nightfall.... It is really important to make sure they are warm and cozy long before that.

When you pick them up, be firm but gently

slang 'chicks' = young woman = gf material

real chicks = chicken/duck/bird offspring
Well if it walks like a duck...
...it might be a duck-girl.
