For example, there are people who play with nude-y mods on skyrim, then there's skimpy, sexy and just enhanced character details. There are people who like to include comic characters into their game, etc, etc.

Step 2 - Do something else
Step 3 - Realize that its not a big deal
Step 4 - Laugh at self for being overly sensitive about nothing
Step 5 - Turn on computer
Step 6 - Watch a 200 episode MXR marathon on you-tube
Sadly, YouTube is pretty stupid when it comes to recommendations. You have to be very persistent if you see a video in your feed that you want to stop seeing. Just keep telling it that you don't like content from this channel, whatever it is, and eventually they should stop.
A better method is to watch a ton of videos from another mod reviewer, like Gopher, and you'll start to see recommendations for the other guy stop.
I wanted to stop seeing Prod, for example, regarding Dark Souls videos so I watched about 20 Whose Line is it Anyway videos and now that's all I get in my recommendations! Yay!
