But me i would go with the books. Because you can find say 4 sites and all 4 sites will have something different.
He gets a pack of locusts every week (if he's hungry) and a smattering of veg and stuff (helps feed the locusts if he doesn't eat them too).

They will prob eat crickets, mealworms and waxworms. Perhaps some vegetables such as sweet potato and leafy greens, such as kale and parsley.
The veges should make up approx 25% of the meal.
Young ones should only be feed once a day.
Perhaps get a calcium supplement spray to dust on the food twice a week.
Same deal with water, if not interested in drinking from a shallow dish, just spray some mist of water on the food.
