bearded dragons
im getting a baby bearded dragon soon and I just wanna know if anyone out there who has beardies has a particular weekly diet for them? The babies require a meal everyday so should I feed him live food one day, then fruits & veges the next day and just alternate between the two?

Why don't you go to a pet store and buy a few books on how to raise them. Or if you have a public library in your city borrow a few books on how to take care of them. Or heck you got the internet just look it up on there. But i think the books would be more reliable then internet sites that each say a different thing.
But me i would go with the books. Because you can find say 4 sites and all 4 sites will have something different.

I gave mine both when he was babby lizard.

He gets a pack of locusts every week (if he's hungry) and a smattering of veg and stuff (helps feed the locusts if he doesn't eat them too).

Locusts - once a terrifying scourge that threatened farmers produce, now fed to our baby dragons.

Life's nice like that lmao.

See the ones you can buy for the purpose of feeding reptiles have their wings removed. Prevents biblical plagues, they can hop a goodun though.

When I was a little kid, I wanted a good luck dragon:

They will prob eat crickets, mealworms and waxworms. Perhaps some vegetables such as sweet potato and leafy greens, such as kale and parsley.

The veges should make up approx 25% of the meal.

Young ones should only be feed once a day.

Perhaps get a calcium supplement spray to dust on the food twice a week.

Same deal with water, if not interested in drinking from a shallow dish, just spray some mist of water on the food.

Parents ended up instead getting me a dog for my 12th bday. So I'm not an expert, but did a little research back then.

Periodically. They aren't generally as keen on non-moving food., especially if it means moving from his perch underneath his "sun".
