How can I install Metro Exodus on a different hard drive through epic games launcher
♥♥♥♥ EGL I wish this game was on Steam so I wouldn't have to deal with this ♥♥♥♥.

I have an ssd and a normal hard drive epic games launcher for some reason is on the ssd which is currently almost filled and is trying to install Metro to this hard drive. How can I switch it to the other one so it installs there?

Which, by the way, youtube does a far better job at telling you if it's poorly optimized or whatever

i find them useful, they tell you if the game is poorly optimised, not fun, etc.
You don't need Steam reviews to tell you that. Have you not heard of Youtube or Google?
steam requires you to own the game to review it, review sites like metacritic don't, as often fanboys rate games poorly just because they are a exclusive game to a platform they don't own. also with youtube, the reviewer can be biased against the game.

Just as the owner of a game can be biased. You don't really have a valid argument
Ironically, Metro Exodus was originally on Steam and available for pre-order. Those that pre-ordered it, get to keep it on Steam and had it preloaded 2-3 days in advanced too.

For once in your life, a preorder would of been a good thing and bonus to have.

Just to get this out of the way.

1. Metro Exodus (along with other games such as Ashen) was pulled from the store last minute with no warning to consumers and Valve. Physical pre-orders were more or less forced to the Epic store which was not what they were advertised.

2. Epic is buying 3rd party exclusives which suggests that they want to monopolise the PC market. As far as I'm aware this is a first in the PC market. It should also be noted that Darksiders 3 (a Koch Media game) was released on all platforms (Epic, Steam and GOG) suggesting that the publisher would of initially wanted a multiplatform release for Metro prior to being bribed.

3. Competition should be about customer and developer choice. Not about bribing for exclusivity which is what Epic resorted to doing since they presumably couldn't tempt enough developers with the 88 - 12 split they boasted about. Compare this to GOG who gives reasons to use their platform other than bribing for exclusivity (DRM free, different deals etc).

4. Epic store is unfinished and has had many reports of security breaches.

5. If you care about how much developers earn, then you would buy from Discord of all places.

On a final note, the more we keep up with this mentality of multiple storefronts being "not that bad", it will eventually lead to things actually becoming worse for us consumers.

if epic games wants to get sales, they should improve their service and not bribe devs to remove their games off steam.

Man, people are still hung up on this launcher loyalty. Get over it, play the game, or don't. It'll eventually be out on steam, as a complete experience, if you had any sort of patience what so ever

An inferior/questionable launcher that they switched to last minute. Don't know if its coming to steam either.

One I could easily do without.
you know a ton of people use these features though (the most important one being user reviews), lacking user reviews means you don't know how good a game is like according to people who played the game.
Doesn't matter if reviews can be easily abused -- and they are.

doesn't mean it ain't ♥♥♥♥ for other people. its layout is worse, has less features, and has security issues.

It's a lot less time consuming to look at reviews on one platform by a large amount of people on the store page itself, rather than just going out of one's way and searching several sites.

EDIT: Well, after seeing the replies from A|ita a while later, I'm fairly certain they're trolling or really really really want to believe whatever point they're trying to make. Making an edit so it won't notify anyone in the ways of a new post notif. See ya.

Many steam reviews are garbage. For example:

"walked on snow. 9/10"
