TeamSpeak Browser Client?
Just wondering if it's a thing.

If so, does anyone know how to join as TS server through a browser?

Like I said, I have my reasons haha.

I don't know if what you referenced will work or not, 2006 seems a bit long ago. Plus, I don't think log in names exist on TS anymore.

I don't think so... go to TeamSpeak's website there should be a FAQ there.

TeamSpeak has an APK, so it would be easier to create an Android App Client, rather than web-browser based one.

Otherwise, consider the SDK:
https://teamspeak.com/en/more/developers/

That consists of the ClientLib and the ServerLib. You can then use Node.js (Javascript wrapper) or similar to call commands to it on a local web app.
