steam key not available in region

its says my steam key that i payed $14 on G-2-A not available in my region! if there is a way around this please help.

You could use a VPN to spoof your ip to that countries location but that’s against the TOS. And the steam mods here hate me already

He probably did and they probably stated it’s from a different region. He is the type of dude that never reads and just buys. I use buy keys and it states the region right beside the title in bold capital letters.

I brought that up on r/steam and everyone does it apparently and valve doesn’t give a kahoot. If they dont enforce their own TOS what’s the point of having one? 14 dollars is a lot of money and kids in Africa could have used that money for food
