Update: Wallace is actually even more powerful than Shaggy, but he manages his power better. He refused to use it during the creation of the Wallace and Gromit movies due to the shear amount of destruction and mental torment it could've caused to the staff. He was aware of that, and he's learned to only uses his power if the situation absolutely requires it.
