Can you tell me what Achivements I have? The answer is no. Steam (Valve) is not using that information and it makes little sense talking about them or similar choices.
You being recorded (in several ways) logged etc from streaming a game would be a big issue however, because it taps into something entire different.
Who cares if I play a Neutral Evil maniac in RPG's... That is not the concern, the concern is the agreement would you would to make about your habits.

Indeed. I mean, how could I have known that one would attack me with an axe for trying to eat that chicken.
To replace PC gaming they'll have to make you available the games in a way that it wouldn't be possible. On PC i can choose between Steam, Epic, developers websites and so on, i can choice where to buy my game by myself on the web, streaming service is for all people but things that points to be for everyone will surely make compromise, it can't respect every people preferences.
It will come down to the devs in the future. They can say we only releasing this game via streaming and if that game becomes a success then others will follow suit.
Im just going to state a example; lets say the next GTA game (gta6), rockstar say it will only be available via google stadia's streaming service. Millions of fans would buy stadia just for the game and thats how things take off. I won't be susprised if google buy some top IP just too launch this thing.
This is exactly what i'm worring about, I'm sure that this will happen and it'll be the moment that I'll stop playing video games, Stadia can't be my place or at least not the only one.
This will not happen, because they will still need PC's to run those games. I think it's more for people that do not have so much to spend, but still want to play those games.
I wouldn't worry too soon about it yet, but streaming will become the norm some time in the future. We just have to embrace this new way to game or be left behind. But no doubt in 10 years time, the technology would of improved greatly to give us 60fps, lag free, top quailty gaming at 4k. But nothing is writen on stone, it could all fail for all we know.

But most people would not since either their PC would be worse of than the stream or much better. If better (will be common) then you would hinder FPS, get input lag, max 60 and often 30 fps and that is on 1080p. We did not even talk about always online, licence game on the stream service, other lag issues, etc etc.. So this is pretty much only an alternative to the very casual gamer and the console crowd
Internet is no problem for the few of us that lives in good areas with good speed for low prices.. But for 80% of the places Stadia will cater to, they will not have very good speed anyway. That is why its going to be no threat to PC gaming at all and there have been other gaming stream services already (they all failed) Again I see a potential market for the normal casual gaming family that normaly uses consoles, because now they can just buy a smart tv, then stream the game on that, no need to buy a console. (they wont see a difference, since they are used to play on 1080, with 30 fps and input lag)
