There is a difference between one's natural voice and one's singing voice, though, or when you artificially lower or alter your voice for a few minutes vs. how you normally speak. You can't go from having a relatively high natural voice to having a naturally sonorous tenor voice. Smaller changes are possible with training, yes, and testosterone, and smoking, relaxation, or speaking more deliberately, and just getting older in some cases.
Probably the best solution given for deep voice haha!

edit not recommended for prolonged use
While I appreciate the recommendation, I think I'd rather get injections
I would prefer you to attempt to raise your testosterone naturally first due to the side effects of TRT.

You could stack D-Aspartic Acid and 6-bromo, I have posted links below with information.
D-Aspartic Acid[examine.com]
6-Bromo[www.suppreviewers.com]
DAA = 3 Grams a day for 8 weeks
6-bromo = 50-150mg per day for 6-8 Weeks
Many natural bodybuilders use it a stack to increase their testosterone and you can find many logs online. Many herbal supplements use cheap ingredients as such as fenugreek, MACA or Tribulus and while they may boost libido, they have not have not been proven to boost testosterone levels.
