Arm or just hand on table for aiming ?

Right now i use most of my arm except the elbow on the table, but im a high sens player so i still mostly aim with my hand and the upper part of my arm only, and pretty much never use the whole arm to aim over the whole mousepad.

So i thought it might be better to only put the Hand on the edge of the table because i have the feeling that i can aim much faster with it, because i feel like the arm on the table hinders my aim a bit, but it feels a bit more "stabile" with the arm. Idk guys most people say i should keep the arm on the table i think.

I have to say when I play Shooters my arm is absolutely not sitting on the table. Speed is key and table drag plus limited motion really didn't work for me. I play other games with my wrist and or arm on the table. I guess that's the answer you're looking for.

ok ye in short my arm except the elbow is laying on the table, but i just use hand most of the time anyway but the thing is it feels more stable with arm on table but it feels like the arm hinders my aim a bit but with just hand its less stable man it pisses me off somehow that i cant get a pleasing position.
