Whats this "ligma" thing?

tbh I don't know what ligma is can someone tell me? can't be bothered to search it up even though that would take less effort.

A joke that means "Lick my", if you say it slowly. For example,

Let's say someone would say "Damn, this guy died of Ligma.". Someone would eventually reply, asking "What is Ligma?".

That person would, soon enough, get a response that says the following:
"Ligma balls".

It may take awhile for the asker to understand the joke. However, once they do, they'll probably pass it onto someone else, thus spreading it rapidly.

TL;DR: It's a meme that is less funny than Ugandan Knuckles.
