Why does America hate Xiaomi and Huawei phones?
This is about data privacy and people hate about china spying on their consumers. But what is the biggest impact that will happen? If this violates the rights of privacy then what are those things that they can make an advantage?

america does not hate xiaomi and huawei.

america hates huawei tech and its spying activities.

the NSA is literally worse, so...it's just competition.

it's not that far-fetched to frame the place where the spying happens as the only difference.
well, NSA is american, and huawei is chinese.
america will never let anyone openly and covertly spy on its citizens except its own, NSA< FBI, CIA, Police, Military intelligence, and paid hacks.

Is there a phone, let alone any tech at all in existence, which isn't full of and completely dependent on processors made in China, and therefore containing (most likely) backdoors that their government can either exploit or even disable with a remote command, whenever they want?

I think you'd have to get a Commodore 64 or an Apple II to avoid that possibility.

The CIA gets around the FOIA claims by registering private companies that they administer, which are thus not government organizations.

even if they were, the legal framework to sue them is categorically denied. unless they did something absolute atrocious, in which case trying to sue them can get you killed.

My Solution is to Flip them off any time there is a Camera Around,
only wear a mask in public, or at the computer... Muffle Voices,
& never use your real information Online... Constantly Delete any
Evidence of yourself on Servers that allow it immediately...
Whenever a Phone Number is asked, make one up every time...

Lastly, It might sound like a really lame thing to do, but your future
is more important then loosing your Private Information...

Private Information is your life, so without that you have no life...
So i'd rather not have my Info out there, if I can avoid it...

It draws attention to yourself? Hey, not my problem...

you mean like when you register with your ISP?

last time I covered my face to suppress coughs, cops followed me around.

too late.

Why would they ask if they didn't verify? Nobody is taught to spoof numbers, normally, even if it is doable.

You can't avoid it. People say "time is money, money is life," more or less. They still spend it.

That is what Budgets are for, if your not sticking
to one, then your just throwing money out there...

I barely spend anything anymore... I've spent enough,
i'm more about enjoying what was spent, & more about
moving up in the world, then to go waste it now...

It really all just depends on how much you've made,
& how much you have, & how long you've been
around for, I guess...

have to be really stupid talking about privacy on Internet, or very privileged

Because they're making more money, that's why. They get the majority of consumers in Asia and a significant portion of Europe, with their budget and mid-range units, certainly not the flagship units, but if left unchecked, they'll become more popular and start replacing Apple's presence in the flagship department across the globe which Samsung has already achieved, but if another challenger comes into the fray, Apple will be left behind. Nobody wants a chinese / korean product to be a household item in America, even if half of their utility items are "Made in China" or "Made in Taiwan" etc.
Huawei stealing people's data is just a crappy reason to ban them, almost every app that you install on your smartphone is directly associated with Google or Apple or Facebook, all of whom are collecting your data for "personalized ads" but it's also to keep tabs on certain information and data that passes through their traffic everyday. Why aren't other countries banning these phones, as FB and Google has access to our data and location data everyday? Because it's not big of a deal, unless their money was involved.
Same reason why so many publishers left Steam including but not limited to Ubisoft, Activision, Deep Silver etc and previously EA. Because if they keep selling their games on Steam, more people will be familiar with Valve and their products and if Valve makes a new AAA game, it'll sell like hotcakes because publishers brought more players to their doors. Nobody wants to give away their customers to other shops.
Valve isn't the good guy here either, they, just like everyone else, is running scummy trade, wtf is the 30% industry standard for? Are they doing marketing for them? Same goes for Sony, Google, Apple and Microsoft stores, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thieves.

Woops, didn't realize I was writing an essay there lmao

Phone brand loyalty regardless of country origin is stupid as they will never care about you. If it came down to you dying and them getting 1$ out of it you better say your last words.
