Who was your first youtuber?

Nintendocaprisun was one cool gamer and had all these wacky life stories and went to cons.
long before i found the now Dubbed Trashiplier and jackcepticeye. Nintendocaprisun, chuggaconroy and more came first, going to cons and having a ball.
back then it was watching him and a few more have fun with the game and had funny/good commentary. unlike all the junk that most youtubers do via jumping on the badwagon and playing and advertising games you may not look at or play. and funny how people change over time, caprisun still same fun guy but man, he looks alot different.

Damo2986. Stopped watching new videos as he stopped LPing games I had any interest in, but I'm still subscribed and occasionally rewatch his early videos.

TotalBiscuit, Classic Game Room, and GameFront.
These were the first ones I started watching and following on a regular basis.

I liked TB's logic and reasoning, he also liked genres and subgenres I was interested in, and covered them in an exceptionally good way.

Classic Game Room. Almost the opposite of TB, CGR was very laid-back and casual with his/their reviews, focusing on console gaming, often humorous. I liked that they had a lighter take on things. Sadly not around anymore.

GameFront. I never followed a walk/playthrough before but watching James struggle through Dark Souls back in 2012 was really fun. The channel disappeared for a while but is back now, which is great.

Others ... HybridPanda, TheMediaCows, NsN (NanoSuitNinja), JesseCox ... followed them for a while when they started, but eventually stopped. A couple of them are not around anymore. Have no inclination to follow them again.

GiantBomb - in the early days they were really fun.Today they have sadly become a political platform for the radical left, and are merely another channel for Kotaku's hypocritical agendas.
