Parsec Discord Echo

A friend and I were using Parsec to play Enter the Gungeon, (because Steam remote play is garbage), and we were also talking though discord. When I connected to his computer, everything was fine and it worked pretty good. But if he connected to my computer he would get an echo of me and himself on his end. I have echo cancellation turned on in Parsec, but it didn't do anything. Is there something else I'm missing as to why this is happening?

This also started for me recently, I'm not sure what's going on either.
