Butterfly/Balisong knives

I've got into butterfly knives recently because i wanted to buy one as one of christmas gifts for a girl. She would really like to get into flipping and just generally wants one. May seem like a odd gift but its sure not the only thing and i know she would like to get one.

Back to topic, i really only need a good flipper. The biggest issue here is it shouldnt be a trainer or dull blade. Also im on a limit because im not planing to buy one of those 500$ ones thats just impossible and pointless since its not that serious. Also another thing is that since i got into it recently i thought i could buy one for myself to learn tricks also so it will cost more. Some people recommended me the bear and son 114 or the 115w saying they are good for starters. Feel free to suggest anything. Hope off topic is the right forum to ask.

What do I mean? What does it look like I meant? I´m not going to help some unknown girl get a knife, like that man in the video. She may cut someone with it, for all I know.
I thought it was self-explanitory. I´m not a sales person selling them, you know. This is a software platform. You should ask a retailer to help out your girlfriend.

I heard that Joker knives are good for beginners - JKR200, JKR349, JKR343 and similar ones.
Don't expect that they will last long though, cheap balisongs go loose after some time.

Yeah she will definetely be cutting masses with it even after i told you its just for tricks and flipping. I wasnt expecting any pro help at all here but mocking me doesnt help either especially when its not true.

If you have any kind of Asian gift store near you, they all carry flip knives.

Online I can't really say. I tend to stay with the fixed blades or actual butterfly knives.

Most bailsong are pretty much the same, as they are generally cheap of make. They are a low class thug kind of weapon.

Spyderco has a pretty reliable one.

No offense, I wasn´t trying to mock you. I was only trying to explain that knifes belong in the kitchen. Get your woman a fidget spinner, if you know what´s good for her.

Do you know who plays and does tricks with a knifes? Circus artists.

these kind of hobbies are mostly used in elementary, same as finger boards and yo-yos.. at a certain age you dont use them anymore cause they dont provide enough entertainment

Most parents don't allow kids to get any kind of dangerous items. Also, trainees don't count.
