i regret switching to PC now.
3 Years of PC Gaming Brought a really nice 4K TV. but the issues of PC Gaming is really making me want to get an Xbox One X or something. let me explain.

*Old Console Ports to PC are filled with issues. Not Compatible with Modern Hardware and this means that some of them with Crash all the time or Not get that Desired 4K 60fps Target.

*Poorly Optimized games on PC like right now with RDR2. How on Earth am i gonna run that in 4K 30 on a GTX 1070 Overclocked? even if i did i would get criticised for playing at 30fps i would get called a "Console Peasant" or something along those lines. Not that i really care anyway.

*atleast with Consoles they have methods of Making a Game look good on a 4K Display with the HDR and everything and looks really good. i remember the good old days when i used to sit there on my PS2 and play games and have a blast and not have to worry about anything. with PC Gaming on the hand theres issues. some games wont have controller support. some will just crash over and over and over and over again. then you have the Hardware side of things to worry about. so in my Case if i wanted to Upgrade my PC it would cost ALOT of Money.

*lastly when it comes to Exclusives arguement Playstation know how to deliver and Amazing Game with Fantastic Graphics and Story. and i know this will annoy some people but PC Doesnt really have an Exclusive that looks Appealing lol i dont know if im just getting old and filled with pure nostalgia but this is honestly my opinion. when i first switched to PC it was Fantastic i had a blast but the way the Gaming Industry and Game Developers have been over the Years it almost seems like PC isnt getting the Optimization or care that it deserves.

id rather not spend my hard earned cash on a Apple Product thanks. Macs are less than Adequate for gaming and is Overpriced for what you get.

Just yesterday he was bragging about his new $2000 PC, and how he's PC Master Race now.

Amazing what one day can do to a person's views. Seriously, one day.

Life comes at you fast, no?

Edit: and yesterday he had a 2080 TI. Today it's a 1070.

Most of them work fine, some have issues ok, sometimes you can also find workarounds to get them working fine. Usually on consoles you just have to forget oldergames or buy them again when they get remastered when the next console is released.

Maybe it will be fixed in the near future. There is no need to play a game immediately when it is released. I have not tried RDR2 on PC but I have tried a few months ago Skyrim SE on PS4 Pro and it was outrageous, and it will clearly be left that way because if it was to be fixed they would have already fixed it long before I tried it a few months ago.

Most games that are meant for controllers support them, you can use programs to convert controller inputs for almost every game that don't natively support it and aside from that if your PC is so unable to handle most games I'm sorry but probably you just bought a branded overpriced low quality computer filled with bloatware. Unfortunately most brands that make the computers sold in the biggest stores just make pieces of garbage to scam common people unaware of that. This is a big problem that PC gaming have, I hope things will change. I have a good computer only because one of my friends suggested me a shop that build good computers, otherwise I would have bought another one of those horrible pieces of crap myself.

Consoles don't have many interesting exclusives anymore. The only one I like on the PS4 is God of war and despite the fact that I really liked it a lot (it is my second favourite after God of war 2) being just a prologue that has been sold as a full game even if the main adventure is only teased at the end and don't even start in this game is really worrying for the future of this series (I fear that Sony will want to split the next adventure into many different games each one sold at full price even if it's only a chapter, not the full adventure).
Things like Detroit become human and Death stranding are not even games, they are an insult imo. Sony should be ashamed that there is so much of this crap on their system.
