I'm fat, But over the past year I've been exchanging the fat into muscle. I Don't go to the Gym, But I'm a scaffold builder and that requires lifting heavy stuff all day and banging my hammer all day.

I was on a year long break that shot me up to 290 lbs and in the 4 months I've since returned to work, I'm down to 260 and still dropping the fat :)

Why are you calling me names? I am sad now.

I never said I was smart. It just seemed logical that if you lose some part of your body, you would not stop being you. I didn't meant anything with it.
