shadow fight 2 less damage on butcher level 17

hey guys I'm having problem defeating butcher and I'm level 17 and i have one energy ball with max upgrade and my armor is gilded centurion mail max upgraded and weapon is oriental sabers with max upgrade and also moon crown helmet with max upgrade but the thing is when i use my weapon to hit him he takes 1 percent damage after 6 to 7 hits which is like wtf but of course i can't buy other weapon and armor because that's my rank final armors so I'm wondering why that fat is taking extremely less damage from my hits ? i can easily hit him but after a massive hits he takes about 3 percent after 10 hits or 11 hits and i throw a energy ball still the same.. is it a bug ? but when i was defeating lynx and his body guards and also hermit and is bodyguards that thing wasn't worst at least they take damage 30 percent after 6 to 7 hits or higher depending on my hits
