The Void and Harbinger Down.
The Void is just a perfect homage to 80's horror and the practical effects and creature design is fantastic, and Harbinger Down is basically just a tribute to The Thing.

Hmm theres a remake of "The Thing" but idk if its good i dont watched it so far. Maybe eXistenZ too but i cant remember the whole movie. Jacobs Ladder is strange too.
