Which is funny for a game that's about synchronizing.

Nah the broken one was unity. And it's been fixed.
No syndicate is fine. Unity WAS the broken one but is fixed now.
They didn't do a bad job with London in this one.
Unfortunately unity sort of hit rock bottom with the franchise, it was a buggy mess when it first launched, i still remember the horrendous npcs walking on thin air and in the ground and jumping into haystacks in a cart that won't let your character leave it, not to mention the various graphical issues.
What it needs is to leave the modern day animus bs behind. It's insanely cringe, no one plays AC to watch hipsters run after ancient aliens' glowy balls.
And they should make a game on feudal Japan and ancient China already ffs.
