soo, i remember in bioligy in school we learned that being tall isnt really good, but more bad because of more fragile legs and your heart has to pump blood to your brain, and the taller you are the stronger and bigger your heart needs to be to be able to pump that blood up to your brain due to a longer distance. and yeah, if your heart isnt strong enough your brain wont get blood and you will turn braindead and all that.
my friend says hes growing wayy too fast and hes scared that this might happen. hes 13 years old and already 180cm. could what was mentioned above happen to him?
(please dont judge me if this question sounds stupid, i know nothing about heights and stuff and biology)

I'd be lying if I said I remember, but growth spurts only last until 16 by average. I've always been fairly tall, so it probably wasn't much off the mark even at the age of 13.

Maybe for women; 18 at max, but for men it's 18 or 21 - and 25 if you're genetically lucky. I like to believe that I'm 5' 8"; 173cm, but recently when I checked my height I was 5.5' 5"; 167cm; which I was checked when I was 15, and then at 17. So I don't know.
