180cm-190cm isn't at all unhealthy. However, if he does continue growing during adolescence he might have a condition known as gigantism.
But even that's not necessarily a disease; some basketball players are technically giants, and they are still healthy enough to be world-class athletes. It mostly depends on how different sections of the body grow in relative to each other.
Kinda sucks knowning how much taller everyone is than you.
