There are loads of review sites. If you list on date, and list on review score, you can get a decent idea on what to get.
Specs are also displayed on the pages themselves.

I think you forget how old Morrowind is, and what kind of hardware was available in 2002.
The worst bit of the system is the Radeon 3100, but an IGP from 2008 makes for a pretty good GPU in 2002. Eventually integrated graphics do get better than highend hardware from years prior. For example current Intel IGP's are as good as GeForce 8800's were.
Bad hardware today wasn't bad hardware at every other point in history...
morrowind should work , I used to play it on a single core celeron and a cheap Intel Xterme graphics (Intel Xtreme graphic 82555) back at the time , well in 800x600 but his PC his still much better then what I had back in 2004. ;D
it was a 32 bit games but at the time some games where made to run fast single core cpu , so even if you have a dual core each core much be fast enough for the game to run properly.
I've played it a long time ago with a Pentium IV 3ghz with Hyperthreading and a geforce 7800 BFG edition and still had a bit of framedrops.
But this often seems to happen when sellers are dealing in dated hardware, they save money by cutting out nouns I guess. I don't really understand that aspect of it, I've just seen it for decades.
512 MB of Ram for the graphic card is not enough for too many games , even for games made in 2010 it was often the strict minimum to just start the game.
Well that's just not true. I could run any game in 2010 on an 8800 GTS 512MB... I think you forget what hardware was available in 2010 and that most folks aren't running the most current hardware. It wasn't all highend GeForce 200 and 400 series cards.
even old games like this from the early 2010's where asking 512MB from the minimum settings , if you can't even meet the recommend specs of a nearly 10 year old game then it's bad.
but my main point still stand as a graphic card with only 512MB is not enough for way too many games now.
I admit I made a mistake , I was thinking about a few games which I was sure that came out from 2010 but in most case it was the console version that came out that year and the pc port came much later.
