with that gpu , I confirm what I said with mostly 2D games.

maybe 3D games from 2007-2008 but even with those you'd be looking to play at lower resolution like 720P and maybe even lower.

my current display is 1. HP L1710 and my resolution is 1280x1024(recommended)

you can run games at lower resolution then your own monitor native resolutions and with this graphic card , you probably won't have a choice.

Although I guess I forgot you're running Windows 7 or 10, which is a bit more demanding than XP would have been on the machine in my anecdote. So one more thing to keep in mind.

Not if you want to run Steam, XP support ended last year. And not if you want to have a secure system as running an 18 year old OS that MS stopped supporting years ago is generally not advisable for most users, most of the time.

I was just adding to my anecdote, acknowledging that there are some difference between your system and the system the wife was running for light gaming 7-8 years ago that would result in some difference performance outcomes at least sometimes.

But it can run some things. And I'd wager that a lot of stuff between 2000-2003 would run fairly well. He could probably play Morrowind...
