I saw another game that went for like 200€ or more but I don't remember its name.
But if we go by total cost of game + all DLCs, then it's probably one of those Train Simulator games, as mentioned above
As if VR kit wasn't expensive enough....
And most of them are buggy mess that never gets fixed.

But if you want to talk about the most expensive game in existence. It's probably the Sims 3 with all the Sims store content and packs, which amounts to around $7,000.
Oh yeah, kind of forgot about those. But that would be more if counting stuff like player trading and purchases. I don't know much about all that since I don't play either of those games though.
But I know that EA is legitimately selling microtransactions for the Sims 3 that amounts to around $7,000. at least there are other ways to get the content though, but I'm not looking to get banned today
