How do i appeal a ban
So my other account was banned, got a mod and he said i need to pay £100 on his website to find the "root of error", my friend had a c c i d e n t a l l y reported me, and so now my account was banned.

okay but.. lol. you don't automatically get banned if you report someone. either you did something wrong and got banner or..

and don't pay steam mods. that's 100% a scam.

It's okay.... I use to be foolish when I was a young lad. Like the time I gave my username and password to get free stuff.

steam bans are silent aswell, they have a "zero tolerance" policy.

bans come without a warning and you're just gone.

Only the person who was scammed can report it. Or else it is false reports.

we cant report anything. the person that was scammed or the target of the scam has to do the reporting. anyone else reporting it is just going to slow down the system and the reports will get ignored because they are false reports (nothing linking our accounts to the event in question).

the OP needs to go thru the account recover process and then figure out how they gave away their log in, if they dont they may lose control of their accounts in the future.
