If you want a fun tactical game, I highly recommend the Insurgency games. I feel like they're miles more fun than both games combined.

If you must choose one of them, go with R6: Siege.
It's one of its kind, meanwhile PUBG can be replaced by tons of other games and some of them are even free.

Get Rainbow Six Siege. Dev’s always add new content and cheaters will most likely get banned than PUBG.

Also, you can try it out. But....

You can refund a game purchased on Steam if you request the refund within two weeks of purchase, and have played the game for less than two hours total. When your game is refunded, it will be removed from your Steam library, and you'll receive the full value of your purchase back.

PUBG's large, open world with interiors and SIEGE's smaller quarters interior combat.

PUBG's got more gamemodes but SIEGE's more intensive but also shorter in duration: like game-rounds.

SIEGE doesn't have a 3rd person camera though, and PUBG's got both.

If only these options, then R6S because Bluehole just try to cash in with their game, at least Ubisoft try a little bit harder to hide their cash-in nature. Otherwise, save yourself and buy DOOM or DMC, The Witcher, Divinity, MGS, whatever else instead of these turds.
