There's a lot more to do and you can visit a lot of places. You can also turn off the online part of the game unlike the first Watch Dogs, so then you wont be bothered by a random player trying to hack you whenever you want to start a mission. I also thought the second Watch Dogs was a lot more fun than the first.
From what I remember, the main story felt a bit short to me, but I still found it enjoyable.
so for ur money u will get some cool hacking and stealth experience.
dunno if this info can help but i had 20-30 fps in low graphics at 1600x900 on my GTX 960m 2GB Vram ,8 GB RAM and intel 7-6700HQ
I played it on the Xbox One, so not sure if there are any performance issues on PC.
I've got an older gfx card and the game runs just as good as Witcher 3 and GTA V do. I got it on sale for £14.99 which in my opinion is about what it's worth.
If you like it, buy it. Unsure, buy it and try it in less than 2 hours. You can refund it if you dislike it.
