why should you care what others think of you? if you are happy with who you are, and where you are going in life, it is no concern of yours what others say or try to convince you of. They could be incredibly nasty about and spread vicious rumors, but in the end you can only be who you are, not who others want you to be.

No it's not normal to be intimidated, rather that's just a misunderstanding and not getting to know them. Stop assuming all are dangerous, when most are harmless. That goes for any group in life.

Can't say I'm intimidated by teenagers. Hell, these days you can't even tell some of the teenagers from the adults. Must be all those GMOs growth hormones.
