yes, worse than bubsy 3d, et atari, big rigs, superman 64, fortnite and whatever other game you can think of, because if such a game existed id know its worse than rdr2 but im convinced its the worst game ever created for these 2 reasons

REASON NUMBER ONE: Boring♥♥♥♥♥story (and gameplay)

it is said the most important thing to do in an intro is make sure to immerse the player asap, and what does rdr do? you ask

i was really hoping some action would happen, and it did happen, except for the part where it was hardly any action at all other than "HOLD TO AIM THEN FIRE" then its over, action doesnt happen until you go looking for some dood who got lost in the montains like a ♥♥♥♥ing idiot and it makes no sense

sidenote: my immersion was pretty much ruined while raunning away from wolves, my horse ran over a horse and it died and the ragdoll physics were...lazy...to say the least

speaking of ♥♥♥♥img idiots getting lost in mountains, who are these people? ik i kill em in the first game but i didnt play the first game, i could only know these people if i did, in other words this game only appeals to those who actually played the first but advertised like its for all?

lets just say this is the one reason rdr1 is better, i at least get to kill these insufferable personalities...ugh

and another thing, the mundane realism, the no fast travel, the HAVE to clean your gun, it makes the game so so so much slower than it needs to be, and NONE OF THAT MATTERS IF EATING COOKIES JUST RESTORES MY HEALTH TO FULL THEREBY BREAKING MY IMMERSION, dimwits

REASON NUMBER TWO: Insufferable control scheme

lemme ask you guys something, ive seen some pretty terrible control schemes in my life, worms uses x to attack and square to jump, bubsy 3d uses tank controls, control schemes like in qwop are bad on purpose because thats part of the game.

but one thing that really bothers me and i have to ask about this game

IN WHAT WORLD DO THESE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥AT ROCKSTAR LIVE IN WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO MASH X TO SPRINT?? AND THIS IS WORSE WHEN THERES NO FAST TRAVEL pushing enjoy this apparently...likely they've never played a different game in their life other tham maybe other rockstar games...

and who in this god forsaken world that we are currently living in right now, had the bright idea of making the button to interact with stuff in enviroment the same button to grapple opponents? im serious, im willing to suspend my disbelief that people enjoy mashing x to sprint but im just saying the AAA devs at rockstar thought this would be a good idea, how many millions is the budget of this game yet they fail such a simple ♥♥♥♥ing thing

CONCLUSION

anyhoo thats the 2 best reasons i can come up with on why its the worst game ever created, consider this a thank you letter to the game awards for NOT giving GOTY to RDR2 when it was winning awards for everything id never say about RDR2, best art direction? music? how the ♥♥♥♥...

sigj, fine im exaggerating, id at the very least argue that et atari is shorter and therefore less painfull, and it was pretty bad due to rushing it to release before christmas, but rdr2 had decades to learn from mistakes, millions of dollars budget on the line

yet the experience was just horrible

E.T. ATARI (and laughably bad games) are so bad we all laugh at 'em, it makes us chuckle that tue devs thought certain bad game design choices would be good

ARTIFACT (and other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ greedy games) may have a good game to it, ruined by greed

RDR2 is a game where neither of these "types" of bad apply and instead its a game that literally, sucks and thats that, it i dont find it funny how its 60 bux for these mediocre at best games anymore, i just find it concerning if anything the amount of bad ideas and how they just thought to play along with it all

so i guess those games i listed were unfair comparrisons ill say now
