Did we ever find out who valve guy is?
Or is his identity gonna remain a mystery forever?

Which one? The shaven head with valve in the back? Or the eye-socket valve guy?

They're just homeless cyborgs Gabens hired temporarily for the photoshoot, yeh?

Also, what happens when someone turns the valves on their heads?

Shaven head with valve on back. I know that he was hired by valve for a photo shoot but I honestly want to know who he is. Also little side note, the wiki states that the valve guy in the intro where he turns his head may not be the same valve guy in the still image, as they look slightly different.

So I guess there's no purpose either for the valves except for branding... they could've made one a cyborg valve villain in the Half Life mythos.
