I know, try to forget them, find things that you want to do and do them instead of things that stress you out.
Like the other comments said, you need to stabilize your life and then nightmares will gone.
Three, four, better lock your door.
Five, six, grab your crucifix.
Seven, eight, gonna stay up late.
Nine, ten, never sleep again.
Drinking gives me nightmares about peeing in bad places, and sleep meds give me nightmares about nothing in particular. Everyone is different.
But that's just my experience, maybe someone knows better way.
