How to watch movies on laptop while lying on bed looking up

I can't figure any position for me to use a laptop on a bed for a prolonged time without inducing pain to my joints or blocking the fan hole

A position on a bed that is rather okay to me is lying down and looking up at the ceiling
How, can I position my laptop pointing downwards while I'm looking at the screen from below

Is there any possible setups for me to do this?

Ps, the ceiling is quite high and unreachable, so no... I can't tape it to the ceiling

I just watch movies/tv/cartoons on my phone. When I want to turn over, I turn over with my phone. I know it's not very elegant or anything. When I'm ready to go to bed and I just want white noise, I leave it next to the bed, usually playing Archer, Futurama or Rick & Morty, all which I've seen a gazillion times over so I can "watch" them even with my eyes closed, and which also have the benefit of giving me some really weird dreams.

Well, yea I could get a big tablet and a bluetooth earphone but I would still need to hold it tho
And I'm quite choosy as I require a high amount of comfort to start enjoying it
Watching it from the sides while lying down in a bed could be a solution, but i prefer lying in the bed looking straight up to be the best position to relax in while watching movies

A tablet is not that heavy. I am able to hold mine quite comfortably while I am laying down.

Even if it's not heavy, I'm still unable to lift it up for hours straight

This setup that I'm asking your opinion for is to maximise the comfort for movie watching
I'm finding a way to watch movies as comfortable as I can

What use is it when it is too far high above and I can't see anything, It's not a 4k monitor and if it was, who would've taped a 4k gigantic monitor to the ceiling
