I only sleep across my bed or with my head at the other end when I _cannot_sleep_.

I can't sleep on my stomach because my.. upper region doesnt allow it for a long period, it is just getting uncomfortable. I would need a special pillow. But since I sleep either on my back or sideways, it doesn't really matter.
