Is there a mmorpg with just killing mobs, no quests, kill for loot?
Hi all!

I'm tierd of all the mmorpgs running around, do 100 of 100reds of quests, the special npc is far away, you collect stuff you never need.

I've played Entropia Universe and Eve, and that's exactly what I need, but ther's a problem in both games: Eu is just workin with real money and Eve is nothing for a player that plays from time to time. Also to limit a player after years is kinda weird, so I stopped soon when comin back.

Is there a mmorpg with focus on character, skills, with one goal only and good loot?

In all the mmorpgs I feel like the mmo don't need me. In EU and Eve te game and people need you more or less.

Ideas?

i havent played it in a while but from what i remember es is quite different from the average wow like mmorpgs
I'll check out. ;)

There was an mmorpg I read about yesterday, that works with instances only (not Warframe), but I forgot the name.

Es?
typo , wanted to write eso
elderscrolls online
ESO is nothing like what he wants. It's the stereotypical themepark MMO that he's not wanting.
Black Desert Online?
Sounds like you're looking for the Sandbox MMORPG genre.

Personally I'd go with RuneScape just because it's a small game that's easy to run and it fits that criteria.
Defiance has quests, but if I remember you don't have to fetch anything and you just get to go around shooting stuff. It's free to play now as well.

It was fun when I played it, but that was when it was released years ago.
Ty for the answers!

Path: Well I really don't like not bein in full 3D. Maybe silly, but it is. I would prefer Titans Quest offline then. ;)

Wurm: As I said, I wanna go out in a area and kill mobs and more mobs and more mobs hoping on cool loot. Wurm as I understand is more a sandbox like Rust.

ESO: Please no... ;)

BDO: As far as I could see it's a "normal" mmo like all the Teras, Guildwars etc. I saw the inventory in videos and it's exactly what I don't want.

Defiance: I don't wanna shooter based mmo. I tried it month ago and it more feels like a shooter than a mmo shooting mobs.

Runescape: Sorry, I really don't like the style.

Ragna: Not my game, sorry.

I have Empyrion, but that's not what I'm looking for atm.

As I said, I just wanna go out and kill mobs like in Entropia Universe. Ok, the only reason to kill 100.000.000 mobs in EU is to get the jackpot in the meaning of real money. This concept I'm searching for without real investment.

In EU people was hunting after a special item for month, that's the thrill I'm looking for. No quests needed, no beautiful 10 x 10 miles maps. Teleport me in a area to kill mobs - that's theoretically all.

I was hoping someone have an idea for somthing under the radar. ;)
Dofus,
Create character, spawn, very small tutorial, out and do what ever you want.
Mobs drop rare stuff, espcially in Bosses with like 0.1% drop rate for the most farmed

Ragnarok Online comes to mind, if you dont mind old mmorpgs

Sadly that game was pretty much destroyed by the Renewal update. All of the unique things about the game that made it good, poof gone, destroyed.

I mean, there's elite dangerous. You could try that. Sadly theres no character development or any of that.

try Chimeraland.. create character with lots of race to choose from, you can use any weapon u like (skills will depend on weapons u set on your hot-bar so u can make combos from switching weapons), tame all kinds of beasts you want, build house any where in the world or outside the world, you can also do fishing, mining or focus on making medicines by farming to earn real money..
