Did Germany Start WW1? Favorite Pasta?

Austria-Hungary's military was not strong, and understading it's insane multi-ethnic population is key to understanding as why they relied to heavily on Germany in WW1. In combat, communication is key, and for a Hungarian recieving written orders in German is the the same as having an entire division annihilated. The rail network in Hungary was also a disaster, as the lines were not set the same as the rest of Europe, so supplies would be delayed. The invansions of Serbia in the early months of the war were embarrassing for the Empire and sewed it's reputation for the remainder of the war. After Franz Ferdinand was killed, Austria knew war with Serbia would cause Russia to attack them, and as we know, fighting 2 fronts by your self is not easy. So they had to rely on Germany to back them up, who was heavily industrialized with a massive army. Of course Russia and France were allies, and Germany would then be involved on two fronts themselves. Germany had many successes in the War themselves but had lost for many reason but that is not the point. Austria would not go to war without it's insurance with Germany, who could fight the Russians with the help of the Austrians. Austria could not fight Russia. So Germany indirectly caused WW1... BUT, Austria did declare war on Serbia, so it was technicaly started by them. Blaming Germany in the treaty made sense because, reason one above, and they caused the most destruction to Europe, destroying Belgium which invited Britian to the war and proking the US into the fight. Thoughts? Who do you think is responsible?

Reason for such a post is because many people name a country but without much thought. It is easy to blame Serbia because the man who shot Franz was debatibly Serbian, but he was a member of a terrorist group. After 9/11 the US didn't declare war on Saudi Arabia or whom ever else, but terrorism, they didn't blame anyone in particular.

I would like to had a personal theory that Germany funded the Black Hand (terrorist group that killed Franz) as an exuse to start the war.

Britain declared war on Germany, because Britain was friends with Belgium who was being trespassed by Germany in order to get to France to kick France's back, because France is friends with Russia, who was going to kick Austro-Hungary's back, because Austro-Hungary was going to kick Serbia's back, because someone from Serbia shot the Archduke's back (or shot him in the head).

So yeah. It was Serbia's fault. It was a terrorist assassinating the Archduke that was responsible for Austro-Hungary starting the war. They had friends that could help. But really, I think Serbia should be blamed for this.
