razer switches are on the level of a rubberdome keyboard
but for the price of a mechanical rbg keyboard

i had 1 mouse that completely broke , the mouse wheel just broke and would just keep on spinning when you move it, that was a razer product , not even my budget brand poroducts i have used broke like that one did , and plus the switches razer uses are just some junk they made themselves , theres a reason roccat , corsair and others use cherry switches because those are actually good

(i dont know if logitech ones are good or not , i just know they also have their own switches like razer
The same thing happened to a Deathadder Elite I owned. I had it for about a month before the scroll wheel broke, and literally kept spinning when you used it.

According to some people the scroll wheel is a common failure point on Razer mice.

mine was a naga hex moba mouse , but yeah , no other mouse ever had a broken mwheel
The wheel also started acting screwy on my Deathadder 3500 almost immediately after purchase.
The so called "high quality" braided cable couldn't have been any thinner in diameter, I'm sure, and still produce an adequate signal.

For the price, it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rip off. And their new software is junk.

I bought a VicTsing mouse on Amazon for 18 dollars and it's been doing great so far.
Has a similar shape to the Deathadder but better functionality. (higher dpi, more tactile switches, a mouse wheel that actually functions properly, a dpi switch on TOP of the mouse, instead of underneath [wtf is that about, Razer])
The software has a very low footprint too, though it does lack some of the features that Razer has crammed in.

I bought slightly used Razer headphones in mid 2014. It's been nearly 5 years and they still work pretty well.

i had a razer head kraken headset and it wasnt bad but it also not comfortable , it was too loud , only had 1 cable thing to plug into the pc (which also didnt work with all things , i think either the nintendo ds , or a phone , i dont know what it was exactly

that wasnt the case with any headset or anything i used before , only razer
Fellow Corsair fanboy here.

Razer products are overpriced, brittle, have annoying and sometimes barely functional software, and less than great quality. I've owned 3 Razer products, and I have no interest in getting another.

Same here, but mine was $7.
Bought a mouse once and the left mouse button broke after 5 days of me playing shooters then i got a cheap 10$ ish mouse and it has lasted now a few years and even flying across the room.
I had a razer mouse, forgot which one it was. Not a naga,,,, Anyway, got it because it was an ambidextrous mouse when I couldn't find a dedicated lefty mouse. (Taipan)

It worked good for several years, the only issue I ever had with it was the HORRIBLE software that was supposed to disable/enable certain button combos.

Long story short, it was easier to take the mouse apart and disable the right hand thumb buttons than it was to click a few buttons in the software.

Now I have a logitech g903 and I love it. I don't need the software to disable the right hand thumb buttons, I can just pull them off (magnetized) and put a new piece over the top which makes it look like theirs not even any buttons there. It's also wireless which is a garden gnome send to help clear up my cord clutter. Looking to get a wireless keyboard now as well. ♥♥♥♥ I hate cords.

It was a Taipan

Gaming stuff is way too fancy. An office mouse is a billion times cheaper and literally the same thing.
I use whatever. As long as it's good and durable, I don't care.
razer huntsman is the best mechanical keyboard to date
