Pokemon card repair

On the back of some of my old pokemon cards the blue near the edges has started to wear away leaving small white patches and a wrinkle or two. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

No, but people these days often keep cards in a sleeve. So getting some of those might help protect cards that are important to you.

If the cards aren't rare you might can buy replacement copies for cheap.

would patching up a card decrease value or not on a white spot of it

If you know what your card is before you draw you pretty much can't use it in tournaments.
If your opposing team/players know what your card is without showing it then you're probably going to have a bad time.
