Clone Hero Trouble

I've started playing guitar hero and wanted to download clone hero so I could play on computer. I went to the creator's channel, clicked the google drive link, and downloaded the windows 64 file (This was just me following the tutorial that you can watch). The only problem was that it wasn't a .zip file therefore not showing up in my 7 Zip file manager. I obviously couldn't finish the tutorial at that point. Any suggestions?

What file type?

7zip can open rar, zip and 7z files.
