Did NVIDIA's latest driver update dim the screen for you guys?
After I installed the new driver from GeForce Experience, my screen seemed a bit darker. I checked my monitors settings and nothing was changed, they were all the same. I tried restarting my pc too and it still was dimmed. Did this happen with anyone else?

Driver update is 417.22

I just updated yesterday and don't have any issues. Could you be overlooking that it resets to default "desktop color settings" within Nvidia Control panel to other applications control instead of Nvidia?

If it did it would have reset brightness/gamma/ and contrast. I know you said you checked monitor settings, but did you on this page specifically?

I haven't checked that yet. I'll look into that.

Although, when I've installed drivers in the past I've never seemed to have this problem.

Ok I just upped the brightness in the Nvidia Control Panel and now it's back to normal. Thanks a lot :steamhappy:

Welcome. I've made the mistake after a driver update in the past and forget sometimes still.
