Have you watched Jessica Simpson?
average is just average in an average world built for average people. Like a barbie girl in a barbie world. Better than being so bored all the time you create imaginary friends just so things are less boring.
IQ tests are calibrated by having a bunch of people take the test, scoring them and using them as a yardstick. The people used for that are almost always students, which means you scored a little below the average Canadian student. I could teach you a few tricks that would let you score a 100+ if you take it again, it's that easy to manipulate. One such trick is if you know you're bad at figuring out the next in the sequence, or mentally folding/unfolding a 3D shape, skip them. Doing more (to you easy) questions in other areas will compensate heavily for scoring extremely poor in one area.
All that aside, the tests measure a few basic competences of the brain, from a very western point of view. There are a ton of careers out there, that can easily make 5 to 6 figures a month, that rely on none of the skills tested on an IQ test.
They're horrible things, they make people who score high waste their lives by expecting everything to be easy, they make people who score low screw themselves by thinking they won't amount to anything.Yet there's only one common denominator by first generation, self made rich people, hard work and a strong back in adversity. Putting wealth aside, knowing who you are, doing what you makes you happy and making a buck to support that doesn't require a high IQ either.
Lastly, trade schools beats colleges these days anyway when it comes to a steady job and a decent income.

That's because it's one of the dumbest, intelligence-insulting, trash movies ever made.
I would rather experience waterboarding than attempt to watch that movie again.
That's what I'm saying. Find 1 thing and be good at it.
I wonder if they needed some special shoes too.
So, yeah, IQ test aren't all that acurate. I was told that I have an IQ of 110, and I'm fairly certian I misspelled a few words in this reply. So don't worry too much about it.
