Vetusware.com, is it legit?
I have been scouting all over the internet looking for a way to get 3DS Max, but not as we know it now, back when it was 3D Studio Max, from the 90s. I've seen people asking on the Autodesk forums if Autodesk has an archive, to every answer being "no." They only have such archives of versions from 2005 or so.

This site, vetusware, claims to be a huge abandonware site, having older versions of antiviruses, software development kits, and animation software, etc. Is this site legitimate? I've seen others asking the same. I am curious because I want to doodle around with an old version of Autodesk 3D Studio Max. Norton says it's in Russia, it's OK, but there's no user reviews.

Don't be greedy. The answer is so obvious that you need not post this thread.

I’m sorry, but I don’t find it obvious. What’s the answer

Probably not, I looked it up and people had a lot of problems with it. From what I hear, it's a really buggy, poorly-made thirdparty website for abandoned software that might have some viruses.
