Report a translation problem
It's rare, but when it happens it's unforgettably bad. You mostly get it from European and South American Lets Players, who often make things even more interesting by Google Translating the script into English. What you get depends on the original language, but it ranges from the ramblings of a madman to the stuttering diction of a broken robot that's running out of battery.
I know of only one content creator who's made Text to Speech work, and that's Rinzler. And that's only because Rinzler does it ironically and for comic effect - and uses scripts that get the most from TTS' deadpan tone.

Bad microphone quality can be pretty annoying, especiially if there's audible background noise which can be heard throughout the entire video.
