Not everybody is limited to pocket money.
Just to help you, there is a 'jump' in prices with computers, a 'gap' that has a large change in price for similar items... just before this gap/jump in price, is usually the "Standard" for most people, as it is the highest they can afford at the time (as well as being a high value/price/performance segment); as opposed to those without spending limitations
[Also, you are mixing quantity metaphors... You say "it's standard" (which implies you are part of a majority), then you say "not everybody is limited" (which implies you are part of a minority). Choose one direction for your patronizing/talking-down to people! lol]
