Go find your tasteless pornography somewhere else. I don't consider a lot of them games in the same way I don't consider a porn video a movie. Sure they can both be videos and they can both be interactive but that doesn't mean that they're worthwhile and not tasteless. There is such a dedicated porn fandom online these days that I'm sure it's going to be a big health issue in future years.
You can try to help people with censorship but that only vilifies them and makes them feel understood or you can educate people on the long term effects of pornography.
Beyond giving parents the tools they need to restrict their child's access to this kind of material I really don't have any interest in censoring games. Steam's approach to only mostly allowing it really isn't doing either side of the fence any favors anyway.
You made me think of an interesting counter-point. While the actual acts involved in a lot of games (ex: killing other people) are often very violent, not many games do it in a way that's emotionally moving. A lot of games just have blood and gore for the sake of having blood and gore and on a surface level that doesn't tend to actually mean much unless the persion viewing it personifies it deeper on their own accord. It's a staple these days because since violence is an easy direct action to build interaction with in a game then the natural evolution is to more accurately portray that violence.
If I could reduce the amount of blood in the games I play I'd do it. I'm just not a fan. Unfortunately a lot of online multiplayer games don't take kindly to modding.
But to cut to the chase: Different things are different things. I can see a bunch of awful blood and gore and death and murder in a game and not "see" anything in it very easily because most of the time it doesn't have any deeper meaning beyond how either one side is winning or "look at how bad these dudes are". But showing me a pair of badonkabonks and an inviting figure is going to pretty much do exactly what you'd expect.

UGC does not have the same rules as the games being sold on the Store does. Learn the difference first.
