Alex Jones banned from Facebook, Youtube and various other sites

Anyone know what he actually did to get banned? Seems weird that everyone banned him at once, they basically made a martyr out of him by doing so.

It isn't a case for freedom of speech because private companies do not answer to amendments as a government organization would.

They have community rules and Alex Jones violated those rules, they don't have to justify why they censored him because they are not accountable.

If you disagree with them, stop using their services.

I was merely pointing out that it's double standards.

That's a choice of the moderation team. If you disagree with them, you can simply use another service.

It isn't your job to backseat moderate who can and can't use the service as you do not have that authority.

That is not applicable to private corporations.

For example, being on YouTube is no different than a privately owned building where you must adhere to the rules of that corporation as it is private property.

If you want change, become a socialist and nationalize corporations.

Here in Argentina happened the same to a journalist who has been spreading fake news about the government and they supended the account for some weeks,he was a journalist paid by the government between 2008-2015 and ended fire from the channel who has their program and now runs a you tube channel.The ban it's correct,the journalist are supposed to expose the true and expose the power in case of corruption. (sorry if my text has nonsense in some parts)
