Anyone know what he actually did to get banned? Seems weird that everyone banned him at once, they basically made a martyr out of him by doing so.

Personally, I think hate speech rules are bogus. As long as you are not inciting violence or defaming people, you should be free to express hateful opinions...

I see some people bringing up some Sandy Hook thing Jones was involved with, I have no idea about it so I cannot speak on that matter. But other than that, I have no idea what he said that was a violation of their "hate speech" rules...

I actually just watched ReviewtechUSA's video on the matter.
This is honestly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I can't think of a single instance where I agree with Alex Jones, but this is clearly targeted censorship, and censorship is something I will never support.

Do you think part of this might be financially motivated?

Possibly, though I'm not sure how it'd be beneficial financially.
