what i mean by burger is not McDonald's or something, i mean an avarage restaurant that sells burgers. In here it's about 5 dollars, including drinks and fries with condiments

most burgers around here in basic resturants, not the 1-2 dollar mcdonald types, run 5-8 bucks. Quality and goodness depends on the place. I've been to some good sitdown resturants that have some amazing burger meals for like 8-9 dollars. I've been to many with basic burgers for 8-9 bucks not worth the price. But thats generally the price around my area.

It all depends on if you get actual meat, if they grind it there(can't prove it didn't come from a lab), if they flash fry it or let it sit for a bit to be evenly heated.
One thing you cannot do anymore is pick out the cow yourself. Try it.. YOU CANNOT.

We can go in on heads of beef here at certain times every year. I choose not to because it's expensive. Generally one or two families will do it. I'm sure they'd let you pick it out special here in S. Arkansas / Texas. Farm to Table is a slow but progressive little movement.

yea i know itskinda expensive. but depending on resturant they are vary in prices and quality but in the end its just a hamburger.

most place I've seen are something around 4$ (or 5-6 ca$) for a burger , adding a drink plus fries will get around 10$ (or between 12 and 15 ca$) for the whole meal unless it's an expensive place or extremely large portion.
