Got a virus on Android

I got a virus that send ads in chrome
notifications named "browser.tool.system" is some kinda "meet local women and ♥♥♥♥ them"
How do I remove it?

It sends advertising messages via google chrome notification.

Use adware cleaner to delete the browser virus.

Perform a factory reset.
